R3el Movie and TV Show Organizer

The R3el Project uses a locally hosted Large Language Model (LLM) to organize a collection of files that contain movies or TV shows.
In short, I used an AI to match my massive collection of media files and folders to The Movie Database entries, then download the posters, actor data, episode info etc. and put it into my own database. Then I built a front end to view it, search it, and browse it.
The architecture and code for this project was based on my Ax3l Project.
Batch processing
- Batch and per-item flowcharts — batch processing and individual item identification.
- TV show imports — series detection, episode mappings, and automatic TV destinations.
- Directory patterns — two-part movies, separate dated movies, and SRT associations.
- Import and source cleanup — moves, commits, conflicts, and cleanup.
- Runtime behaviour — starting, stopping, and completing batches.
Using and operating R3el
- Control, Catalogue, and Event Log
- Identification server and installation
- File naming and format preference
